I'm Krystal, founder of KrysAndThat. I'm a mom to a 1 year old boy and wife to my husband of 4 years. I love thrifting, crafting and taking care of my family and plants.
KrysAndThat (you know, like This-And-That) started as a tiktok handle and a space to share my hobbies and take back my freetime as a new mom while building a digital scrapbook. I've found a welcoming and supportive community that has empowered me to chase my dreams.
I've been thrifting since I was a kid. My mom would drag my brother and I to St. Vincent De Paul, flea markets or church thrift sales. Being a kid in the early 2000s- brands were everything, I wasn't much of a fan of thrifting then. It wasn't until college, when I thrifted Halloween costumes, that I caught the thrifting bug. The thrill of finding a piece that fit your vision was unmatched. By 2024, the majority of my wardrobe was thrifted.
I want to share my thrifted treasures with those that appreciate the beauty thats already out there, know that built-to-last meant something and wear something through the trend because they love it and it is them.
The styles I'm most drawn to are:
Clothing: Western, '90s, & sporty casual.
Homegoods: Old New England, Cottage core, Boho.
I would describe my home as warm, cozy, and a bit like if an Irish pub was attached to a New England cottage.
